How It Works
We’ve made the process as simple as possible. No doctor’s office wait times or mountains of paperwork required.
- Quick Screening: Click here to take a 2-minute health survey
- Medical Review: A licensed provider will review your information to determine if CrossFit is a medically necessary intervention for you (to treat or prevent conditions like hypertension, diabetes, or obesity).
- Receive Your LMN: If eligible, you’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) via email.
- Start Saving: Use that LMN to submit your monthly dues for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider. Your LMN is valid for a full 12 months.
